Console:
Bruker AVANCE III (4 RF channels)
w/ICON automation software and BACS-120 autosampler
Probe:
CryoProbe is TCI(1H/13C/15N//2H) and optimized for 1H.
The 13C coil is not cold therefore, sensitivity is enhanced only by a factor of 2-3.
The 15N coil and preamp are not cooled, it is not competitive for 15N direct detection.
Best Use:
All proton detected experiments, triple resonance (1H/13C/15N) experiments, 2H detection
and still pretty good for 13C detection.
Temp Range:
-10 to +80°C; default setting is 295K ( 22.3°C),±10-15degrees is routine
