Issue: Bruker spectrometers often fail to lock automatically when using deuterated solvents containing nonequivalent deuterium atoms. For example, using d-methanol or d-toluene will often cause the auto lock process to fail in ICONNMR.
Solution: Bruker is aware of the issue and is working on the solution. Until then, just inform Ken or Istvan you have such a sample in the queue and we will happily manually lock and submit the experiment.
